We're in the midst of a time when it's hard to tell the difference between hype and technological breakthrough.
AI is becoming a bold new platform for which bots might become the equivalent of desktop or mobile. Bots unobtrusively asist customers in finding information, scheduling appointments, and even buying online.With that being said, the surgence of bots and virtual assistants from the likes of Facebook, Shop Spring, Ozlo and more might be the best means of bringing consumers into the fold.
