In a new case study, we describe a local page redesign project we undertook recently for a major U.S. retailer. The retailer, a market leader in their category, was generating significant website traffic through local listings on Google My Business and other channels, but wanted to boost engagement and conversion amongst these website visitors.
We collaborated with internal teams at the brand to create updated landing pages with several new opportunities to transact business, such as featured products, links to online commerce, and new "buy online, pickup in store" options.
The brand saw promising engagement signals soon after the launch of the redesigned local pages, ultimately resulting in a 27% lift in new user traffic. To read more about the tactics we utilized to boost local traffic and conversions, click the link below and download the full case study.
