With over 400 locations, THINK Together is the leading and largest non-profit out of school provider for children in California. What started out as a single community center in 1994 has blossomed to the organization it is today, serving more than 100,000 students a year. And at the heart of it all is THINK Together’s dedicated volunteers, helping each student they interact with reach their full potential and discover their passions. Unfortunately, with the vast amount of locations scattered across California, creating a system to find qualified volunteers for each location is a daunting task.

In order to help ease the stress required with recruiting volunteers we offered our Business Locator solution pro-bono to help THINK Together attract potential volunteers, and help them find the closest location to donate their time.
What we did to help
We connected with the THINK Together team to discuss the criteria needed to ensure potential volunteers were able to find the right opportunity with ease. After this we collected a location database from THINK Together complete with customized categories that would help volunteers filter through the types of volunteer opportunities available. Our in-house graphic designer then created a locator with THINK Together based on their website design and branded colors. Once the design and locator detail were completed, we provided the THINK Together team access to our Location CMS tool so they can maintain and update their data as needed.
