Our support team works in close collaboration with the client, acting as an extension of the brand. A long list of Yext customers have complained about slow support timeframes, nonexistent phone support, unhelpful automated responses, and persistent billing issues.

Pricing
Brandify's flexible pricing options make it easy for clients to only pay for what they need, and can typically beat Yext pricing packages. Yext has not been flexible with their most loyal customers especially through COVID with business closures and services not received, they continue to bill customers outrageous fees.
