Brandify Adopts 2 Yelp APIs

Yelp Claiming and Review Management Enhanced

Brandify and Yelp have entered into an official partnership! we have been working with Yelp to enhance our claiming and reputation management solutions and are ready to tell you all about it! Beginning July 13th, 2017, Brandify will start phasing in these improvements. 

What is the Yelp and Brandify partnership? 

Brandify has partnered with Yelp in two distinct areas. As a Yelp Claiming partner, Brandify has access to an API that allows us to claim and manage Yelp listings without the need for phone verification, and gives us access to valuable analytics about the performance of your Yelp locations. As a Yelp Knowledge partner, Brandify has authorized access to a direct feed of reviews from Yelp. We are the first company in the industry to have both partnerships.

Who will be given access to these enhancements?

For all clients who have Yelp claiming and or who are currently monitoring reviews on Yelp, these enhancements will be readily available, at no additional cost.

When will the enhancements take effect?

Beginning on July 13th all changes will be rolled out.

How will the changes appear in the dashboard?

Throughout the dashboard, we have updated the Yelp logo and star styling. Most significantly for review monitoring, we have added two key features: the ability to filter reviews by site using a new filter drop-down menu, and a notation next to each review that tells you the total review count for that location, applied to all sites.
