NuMark Credit Union, a well established banking institution in the Chicago area with a 60-year history, is proud of its focus on helping customers achieve their financial dreams. NuMark wanted to expand its customer-focused marketing strategy into new and emerging digital channels while maintaining its brand voice and service-oriented culture.
NuMark turned to Brandify, and together the two partners designed a local marketing campaign focused on listings and reputation management. The campaign expanded NuMark's exposure in digital channels and gave NuMark staff the ability to engage with local consumers online by efficiently monitoring and responding to reviews.
Within the first few months, NuMark saw positive results build steadily. During the first seven months of the campaign, for instance, call volumes increased by 131%.
