As the world responds to the coronavirus outbreak, we wanted to share a brief message with you, our valued clients and partners. As of last week, Brandify has implemented continuity plans that balance the health and well-being of our staff with the need to be responsive to changing conditions and help clients communicate effectively with consumers. We are committed to providing the same high level of service at this time that we are proud to offer in ordinary conditions.
Here’s what we’ve done in response to the crisis.
Ensuring Health and Wellness
We have implemented a work-from-home policy available to all staff, who have been provided with all the tools and support they need to work remotely.
We’ve announced a ban on all business travel for the time being.
We’ve implemented health and hygiene measures for staff who may need to work from Brandify offices.
Continued Support for Clients
We remain active online and available by telephone.
We are here to answer your questions and provide support.
At all times, your normal points of contact at Brandify are best positioned to serve your needs, but you can always send out general requests for assistance as well. During normal working hours, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Pacific time, you can contact us at email@example.com with any needs you may have. For urgent requests and after hours, contact firstname.lastname@example.org which will notify relevant team members quickly.
