If you're a hotel owner, a marketer who works with hotel clients, or even just a frequent traveler, you'll no doubt have noticed that Google has made some major changes recently in the hotel space. It all started back in October 2018, when Google unveiled a new search interface for hotel searches that highlighted competitive results and pricing much more prominently.

Then in March 2019, Google quietly launched Google Hotels, a new destination site that allows travelers to view hotel deals from several competing providers, and to examine each hotel option in great detail, with reviews and photos from multiple sources, extensive lists of amenities, editorial descriptions, and more. Google even introduced a new concept called Location Score that helps users understand whether a hotel is conveniently located to attractions and transportation.
What should hotels do about all of these recent changes? In answer to that question, we're happy to announce our new ebook, "The Brandify Guide to Google Optimization for Hotels." In it, you'll find a thorough explanation of all the features Google currently displays in hotel search and hotel listings. In addition, we'll show you how to check hotel data for accuracy, how to report any problems you may discover, and how to optimize Google hotel listings so they stand out as much as possible from the competition.
